Taiwan on Becoming a Top Asian Medical Tourism Destination

Taiwan External Trade Development Council, The Ministry of Health& Welfare and the Medical Tourism Association join forces in promoting Taiwan as a great medical tourism destination for its exemplary healthcare system and for its rising medical travel contribution in the world.

The said event, which designed two strategic plans to promote the country, invited over 400 participants from 25 nations.

The World Medical Tourism & Global Healthcare Congress Taiwan 2014 will unfold in June 26 and 27 to concentrate and focus on engaging a wide range of quality care services in the country and networking. Part of the agenda, the said meeting will discuss about healthcare free trade zones, medical tourism research and wellness, among others.
